A conversion for the couple who swapped their herd of dairy cows for these charming poultry that lay ‘golden eggs'. The approximately 1,300 hens (originally 200), fed outdoors on organic land, produce an average of 1,000 eggs per day that our farmers collect by hand. Do you want to taste them?
