A family-run cheese factory that produces, among other things, aged cheddar, fresh cheese curds of the day, cheese spreads and the famous 14 Arpents, a soft farm cheese that is recognizable by its square shape and its orange washed rind. Its creamy paste is tasty and has a mild hazelnut flavour. For those who prefer a milder taste, the Rang des Îles is an excellent choice with its soft, tender crust. In the bakery, breads, pastries, specialty coffees and regional products are on display.
