Sophie and François have embarked on their new life as family farmers on an estate of just over 50 hectares, including nearly 3 hectares dedicated to market gardening and fruit growing. And everything is done here with respect for the environment and the biodiversity of this little corner of paradise that is Anse-à-Pelletier. In addition to supplying succulent organic produce to the locals, the couple also run a farm table on their land, Le Saint-Sapin, which features home-grown products as well as those from Quebec's terroir.
