Sainte-Ursule house with a nice garden in Quebec City preserving a simple, family and friendly atmosphere.

Leave your stress at the door, because here we appreciate the serenity. "Fifteen rooms, and we don't want any more! ", our hosts specify, in order to be attentive to each of their customers and to preserve a simple, family and friendly atmosphere. Note that seven rooms are located in the more recent part of the house and overlook their very pretty garden, which is not to be overlooked. It should also be noted that although there is no breakfast service, there is a coffee and cold drinks machine at the reception desk.

Nice place. Hostess was charming, nothing too much trouble. The bed pillows were as hard as rock, so asked if she had softer ones, which she willingly supplied. Only issue was the stairs. Narrow and steep with 3 flights. Difficult with a suitcase, and if elderly or infirm. Ask for ground floor rooms. We would not have managed with 2 heavy suitcases to get upstairs. The first floor would have been our limit. Our friends were on top floor. They felt the same and were concerned of fire exit risk.

Hotel was located inside the walls. So it’s where you want to be !
Hotel is clean ! Staff are nice .
No fridge in room . Wifi doesn’t work all the time . No all rooms have bathrooms.
There is no parking at this hotel.
Parking is about 3 small blocks away. So not the end of the world .
We stayed sept 2022 room 5 with a bathroom on the top floor .no air conditioning
No elevators !
The city is great. Enjoy
