Hôtel & Suites Monte-Cristo is a 2-star hotel located on boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel in L'Ancienne-Lorette, near Québec City's Jean-Lesage International Airport. This simple, affordable hotel is 5.7 km from the airport and 11.9 km from the historic district of Old Quebec. Rooms are simple and some have balconies. They feature free Wi-Fi, cable TV, mini-fridges and microwaves. Most suites feature a whirlpool and/or 42-inch flat-screen TV. Special suites feature a fireplace and private sauna. Children under 12 stay free when accompanied by their parents. The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a lounge bar with outdoor terrace and on-site parking. Pour commencer, la chambre en général était bien. Mais l'état de la salle de bain faisait vraiment dure ( poignée de porte qui veut décrocher, carreaux de salle de bain qui bougent lorsqu'on marche dessus, débit d'eau de la douche beaucoup trop élever, etc). Deuxièmement sur le site internet et sur le panneau publicitaire devant l'hôtel il était marquer que le petit déjeuner continental était inclus. Mais lorsque l'on demandais au réceptionniste si il avait le déjeuner inclus il nous répondait qu'il y avait juste le thé et le café gratuit inclus. Ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à la description d'un petit déjeuner continental.

Suite a notre 2 iem visite et cette fois ci dans une suite avec le gigantesque bain, je dois dire que tout a été parfait, c'était propre service impeccable 10/10

BEDBUG ALERT: Disappointing Stay at Hotel & Suites Monte-Cristo
Discovered bedbugs, notified management, and provided evidence. Initially denied compensation, but after persistent follow-up and phone calls, they eventually refunded us. Cannot recommend due to poor customer service and hygiene concerns.
