Le personnel, le service était très courtois. L'endroit de l'hôtel est très bien localiser tout près du vieux Québec, je le recommande.
Ceci dit, c’est surprenant pour un hotel à ce tarif et de cette qualité de ne pas avoir de room services. Impossible par exemple de commander une bière à ton arrivé à 23h. Le frigo ne contient rien plutôt que de contenir plusieurs boissons payables à l’usage, même pas de godet de lait pour le café qui est offert. Si tu veux manger, bien tu vas au Saint-Hubert et pendant les heures d’ouverture uniquement. C’est dommage!
