To stay as if at home in the coolest neighbourhoods of the Quebec capital, without having to spend your money to enjoy it.
For a home away from home, Les Lofts is the place to be in Quebec City. Spread over some twenty locations in the capital, such as in the Old Quebec and Saint-Roch districts, they offer one- to three-bedroom designer apartments fully equipped, from full kitchen to laundry facilities, as well as bedrooms and studios. What they all have in common is that they are located in buildings with a distinctive historic character. For example, you could spend the night in the magnificent Gare du Palais. A highly recommended address!

Bedrooms are without real partitions therefore no privacy. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Sitting area is spacious. Ventilation is very poor!

Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious apartment.
Although the rooms didn’t have doors, the bedroom curtains were blackout.
Things to improve:
Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for basic cooking - no oil, no scrub to wash pots and pans (only a big brush was provided), no paper towels (only one dish cloth).
The living room curtains should be thick (ideally, blackout). The sun tends to get quite bright during the day and it’s hard to sit in the living room. I imagine it would be hard for someone to sleep in the living room overnight if there is a sofa bed.
No cabinets to hang clothes, only a few hooks in the room. That could be a problem for stays longer than two nights.
Couldn’t figure out how to control the air conditioning. Looked like the controls were in all the rooms but the AC didn’t seem to work in the bedrooms.
