This bistro is the work of François Blais, former chef of the late restaurant Le Panache du Vieux-Québec. However, the formula was different, simpler than at Le Panache, and above all, more in the image of this great chef and his creativity. The atmosphere is rather relaxed and the clientele is composed of regulars who have made it their headquarters. Here the regional products are popular and the slate changes every day according to the desires of the moment and the arrivals. We really like the "dining bar" where we can see the cooks at work while enjoying a good meal.
