Bistango combines traditional bistro dishes with exotic touches. It has a good reputation in the city because it is a place with a relaxed atmosphere, where you are never disappointed by the dishes on offer. The result: a good duck breast with polenta, candied fennel, cherries and dried fruit, or a lobster and scallop risotto with Sauternes, all served with a good selection of wines by the glass.
