C'est l'endroit où s'arrêter si vous souhaitez manger de la smoked meat ! Les plats sont copieux et la viande très bonne, possibilité d'accompagnement divers avec votre "sous-marin". Le service est de très bonne qualité, la serveuse avait malencontreusement renversé un peu de salade sur le jean de mon compagnon, elle nous a offert du chocolat en fin de repas pour se faire pardonner, j'ai trouvé ça très gentil de sa part . Un incontournable de Québec à petit prix !
