Brynd concocted the great Montreal specialty of smoked meat (pastrami specially prepared in a traditional way with a blend of spices and herbs). It can be served as a plate or sandwich, always accompanied by its dill pickle. Meal salads, sandwiches and burgers, gourmet poutines and side dishes, including the famous French onions and coleslaw, are as tasty as they are affordable.
