Baguel Maguire Café has been operating in the Sillery Borough since 1989. Trained by the Morena family of the famous Baguel Saint-Viateur in Montreal, François Joyet learned from the best in the business. Baked in a wood-fired oven, bagels come in different varieties: sesame, poppy seeds, multi-grain, bacon and maple, not to mention rectangular bagelwiches and bagel-doughnuts. The place also prepares various sandwiches on bagel or baguelwich, as well as gourmet breakfasts and brunch plates, to be served with a good coffee.
