Open since spring 2019, this restaurant is part of the family that unites Bello Ristorante and La Bûche. What sets it apart: an entirely vegan menu that is inspired by the flavors of the world. You can enjoy dumplings, Thai soup, beet tartar, mushroom risotto or an impossible burger. At the helm in the kitchen is chef Anne-Marie Grenier, who was at the helm of the now defunct Veganville. Mention should be made of the décor, which is both industrial and plant-based, and of the large mural that adorns one of the walls.

Went out to eat here with my vegetarian partner and her family and we had a great time. Really truly some great vegan food. I ordered the bibimbap, my partner the two squash risoto (extremely good and very interesting, a flavor I can’t quite put my finger on). We had a picky eater with us and she was pretty happy too, but for me, 5 stars.

Vraiment un super restaurant Vegan qui rendra tout le monde heureux en venant manger ici, même si vous n'êtes vous même pas vegan. Il y a une superbe fresque à l'interieur pleine de couleurs, l'endroit est vraiment sympa.
