Opened in 2018, this Japanese tavern is always busy and for good reason. In addition to the classics such as gyosan, tataki or okonomiyaki, the place also concocts tasty yakitoris skewers cooked on the grill and a panoply of otsumami (snacks) that are gladly accompanied by a glass of sake or a signature cocktail. Mention should be made of the superb decor, combining rusticity and minimalism, all designed by architect Charlène Bourgeois. Also worth discovering: its little brother, Honō Ramen, located next door.
