Algiers the white and its flavourful dishes and perfumed spices appear. The frame abounds with objects: paintings, teapots, plates, all also dépaysants each other. The extremely warm service accompanies the dishes of a contagious smile: chorba (vegetable soup with mint and coriander), boureks of the moment (laminated), royal couscous and tajines that combine delicate meat and dried fruits (prunes, almonds, apricots). Tea and loukoums complete this delicate moment of sweet sweet-salty.
