A must-see attraction in the Outaouais region, Parc Oméga is a window on nature, wildlife and the history of Canada and Quebec, from the province's First Nations, through colonization and the agriculture of yesteryear. It's a place where young and old alike will find themselves immersed in the flora and fauna of North America. A visit to the park begins with a 12-kilometre safari in your own vehicle, from which you can safely approach and feed the deer. A number of walking areas allow you to get out of your car and enjoy the many activities and attractions on offer, such as the First Nations Trail, a one-kilometre stroll decorated with works by Algonquin artist Denis Charette. In addition to the symbolic decorations at the entrance, totem poles evoking Quebec's eleven Aboriginal nations line the trail.
Halfway along the trail is the Terre des Pionniers, the heart of Parc Oméga. Here you'll find a number of attractions and animal displays. From here, there are numerous walking trails (snowshoeing is possible in winter), including a path leading to the two-storey wolf observatory: an open-air section offering a veritable natural theater, and a glassed-in section for up-close immersion with a pack of gray wolves. Here you can meet an interpreter-guide to learn all about this legendary species. The Trading Post recalls the coureurs des bois and trappers who penetrated the wilderness in search of furs. As for the Camp de Bûcheron, it highlights the era of the log drive and the tales and legends of Quebec. You'll also find a magnificent souvenir store brimming with handcrafted products.
Other activities and services on site include the immersive ONIRO night course, an aerial course, children's play areas, an old-fashioned farm, catering services and much more.

By car
Aboard your own vehicle, you'll be able to observe over twenty species of wildlife from the northern hemisphere.
All along the way, deer will come to your window to greet you and feast on carrots.
To make your stay in the park safe and to protect the animals, it's important to follow the safety instructions at all times.
The drive takes place on a 12-kilometer marked trail. Total driving time is approximately 1 h 30.
This family outing will allow you to see Canadian animals as you've never seen them before.
Pioneer land
Here you'll find nature attractions, a restaurant, picnic areas, entertainment and white-tailed deer to keep you company along the footpath leading to the Ferme d'Antan. Children will love petting donkeys, ponies, rabbits and other farm animals large and small. The reconstruction of a New France trading post and the Amerindian teepees will take you back to the history of Quebec.
Discover the milking post and creamery, the cookhouse, the lumberjack's camp, the enchanted forest, the farm of yesteryear, the wolf observatory and buggy rentals.
First Nations Trail
The First Nations Trail, accessible in winter and summer, lets you stroll and appreciate the history of Quebec's 11 First Nations, represented by totem poles created by an Amerindian sculptor. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans un chalet panoramique, et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés. Le chalet est à la fois spacieux, chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Les grandes fenêtres offrent une vue imprenable sur la nature environnante : on se réveille littéralement face à un tableau vivant, avec les cervidés et autres animaux en liberté qui passent tout près.
Nous avions choisi le forfait gourmand, et c’était un vrai régal. Chaque matin, un copieux déjeuner était livré directement à notre chalet, ce qui nous permettait de profiter du confort et du panorama dès le réveil. Le soir, nous avons savouré nos soupers au restaurant Omegabon, où chaque plat était délicieux, bien présenté et préparé avec des produits de qualité. Le service, quant à lui, était irréprochable : chaleureux, attentionné et professionnel, digne d’un établissement haut de gamme.
Ce séjour nous a offert une parenthèse hors du temps, mêlant luxe, nature et gastronomie. Je recommande sans hésiter cette expérience unique à tous ceux qui cherchent à se ressourcer tout en profitant d’un confort exceptionnel.
