This Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet, residential area, yet within easy reach of Tadoussac's many attractions. Four cozy rooms and a loft suite with large living area and kitchenette are available to guests, all with private entrance and balcony (no balcony for the suite). Each unit is tastefully decorated and the B&B contributes to sustainable tourism with, among other things, several eco-energy installations, composting and recycling. This place is very beautiful. The owners put a lot of time and thought into building this bed and breakfast. Each room has a private entrance with a walkout and a pretty view. There is also a door that leads to the main area for breakfast, which is served family style. Breakfast was lovely and very generous; croissants, cheese and a freshly made galette with egg, ham and cheese. The location makes this place very quiet and also within walking distance of restaurants. The owner was kind enough to give suggestions for scenic views and places to visit. This was our favourite place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Superbe découverte, Séjourné dans le loft Narval, comme si nous étions à la maison, endroit chaleureux, très tranquille, petit déjeuner au frigo, parfait pour des lève-tôt comme nous. Petit peignoir, idéal pour les matins plus frais. Réserver sans hésiter.

Très bel accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, chambre grande et spacieuse avec vue sur l'eau, très propre, grande douche et très bon petit déjeuner pris avec d'autres vacanciers.
Petit bémol sur le matelas où on sentait un creux et sur la situation de la chambre qui possède une porte fermée sur le salon commun (bien isolée cependant), mais nous sommes arrivés tard et c'était la seule qu'il restait.

Lors de notre road trip en 2022 le gîte du cachalot caché a été notre gros coup de coeur !

Les hôtes sont adorables. Les pièces de vie ainsi que la chambre sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et sont très propres. Ils ont mis tout leur coeur dans cette maison et ça se ressent.

On s'y sent tellement bien ! Nous avons presque regretté de devoir continuer notre route ! Nous comptons bien revenir à Tadoussac un jour et nous savons déjà où nous poserons nos valises !

Update : nous sommes revenus en septembre 2023 et je confirme ce gîte est une perle tout comme ses hôtes !

Je modifie mon précédent post, car revenant à nouveau a Tadoussac un an plus tard, nous ne nous sommes même pas demandé où nous allions dormir, c'était évident. Un an après, expérience renouvelé au Cachalot caché, et... c'est toujours aussi parfait !
