MICHEL DE GENTILLY MILL

Built in the days of New France, this is one of the few flour mills to have retained its original vocation. Guided tours cover the mill, milling, architecture and exhibits. If you're feeling peckish, you can choose between the Crêperie Champêtre (buckwheat pancakes, French toast, etc. - in summer) and the Café du Moulin (sandwiches, coffees, spirits, etc. - all year round). Also on site: walking trail, arts & crafts and regional products boutique, live entertainment.
