Wow ! Très belle découverte. Réservation de dernière minute, en période de semaine de relâche. Site charmant, belle chambre, confortable. Piscine intérieure, bain froid extérieur, 3 spas et un saunas accessibles sans frais supplémentaires avec votre réservation. Des salons communs sont accessibles aux étages et ce gratuitement. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. Que dire de la splendide vue.

Grande déception !!!
Accueil désastreuse et très peu professionnel.
Le personnel est arrogant , irrespectueux et impoli.
Les chambres sont tout ce qu’il y a de plus normal mais rien de WoW !
L’emplacement est bien.

Je ne le recommande pas du tout et une chose est sur nous n’y retournerons pas !

mon séjour n'a pas été super de mon coté. premier soir j'arrive et ont me donne une chambre qui était salle. deuxieme soir les cartes n'ouvre plus notre porte ont a du redescendre en bas. il n'y avait pas de pancarte "ne pas dérengez" de disponible et pendant que nous étions au spa quelquun est aller dans notre chambre et a sortit des choses dont nous alions avoir besoin plus tard , nous n'avons vraiment pas aprécier.

Fun place, relatively clean, we had a VIP Suite with a King Size bed which was about as comfortable as a single bed in Cuba in ither words the bed was horrible, I woke up multiple times in pain because of the mattress.

Staff were very accomodating, we needed some maintenance in the jaccuzi tub, they arrived in under 10 minutes to fix it after we called.

The breakfast buffet was really good, over all a great stay but slightly over priced.

The price would be more reasonable at 25% lower than what it cost.
