Property of the brothers François and Jean-Paul Sawyers, the sixth generation Champagne, the Cep d'Argent opens its doors to visit its vineyard and the tasting of its excellent products. Also take advantage of the interpretation centre of the traditional Champagne method (free entrance). The gourmets will opt for the Champagne visit, which includes six products accompanied by tasty local delicacies. Another package includes, for example, the visit of the vineyard and fields of Blue Lavender with a meal with local flavours. And why not a visit with the owner, to discover family history and champagne with, in exclusivity, the final stages of traditional Champagne method? The whole is complemented by a blind tasting game between the sparkling and Champagne Jean-Paul Sawyers, as well as the tasting of three other products of the vineyard accompanied by small local bites.
