This artisanal company owes its name to Île des Basques, located not far from Trois-Pistoles. Products include "kwick-kwick" cheese, but also soft and semi-soft cheeses with bloomy and washed rinds, aged cheddar, Gruyère-type Swiss cheese, maple wood-smoked cheese (delicious on the barbecue!), fondues and more.
