This hotel is wonderful! Loved my stay here and the atmosphere is amazing. Harry was incredibly accommodating through the ENTIRE process. His customer service is above and beyond! Top tier! I will definitely be back. Tres been :) Merci beaucoup

We stayed here for our anniversary and this was the view from our window. We were not advised of this view, nor given the option to say yes or no. There is no difference in the price of the room. Horrible, not acceptable. The restaurant was excellent. We would eat here but not stay here. The customer service was as expected - good. We found the mattress was rather hard. This building is all brick, including the interior walls, so our room was very quiet.

Première et dernière fois à ce spa!

À l’accueil, l’employé nous explique les consignes, particulièrement d’être silencieux dans les espaces de repos, afin de respecter les autres. Une fois à l’intérieur , on constate rapidement que c’est tout sauf silencieux.

On se croirait sur le bord d’une piscine dans un tout inclus tellement ça parle fort!

Malgré quelques employés qui circulent, aucun n’interagit afin de faire diminuer le volume.

Il y a tellement de monde qu’il n’y a pas suffisamment de crochets pour suspendre nos choses.

Lorsque les serviettes sont humides, elles sentent le chien mouiller.

On sort après à peine 1 heure, l’employé ne demande même pas comment a été l’expérience. Un beau 100$ par la fenêtre et loin d’être détendue.

Bref, plus jamais!

Endroit facile d’accès, près de l’autoroute 20. La chambre était spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le restaurant Boréal Univers Gourmand est directement dans l’hôtel. Les salles pour les congrès sont bien aménagées et le service était impeccable. De plus, la nourriture servie lors des pauses et des repas était très bonne.
