The former church of Bernard Street aims to serve francophones in the Okanagan region, residents or passage, and to make the richness of the French language known to the population. Its activities and achievements include, among other things, a library, a salon, a video library, an employment service, and a permanent cultural programming (shows, concerts, exhibitions…).

The library in downtown Kelowna is probably the most convenient place to access a computer and therefore the internet if you don't have an internet connection. No membership card is required for admission to the premises and visitors can use the Internet free of charge and at their convenience. Readers, genres and all types of books, magazines, etc. are available on site. Some events and activities for children are organized.
