A wine merchant who seduces by his kindness, his love of wine and his... bottle! Head sommelier of the Drouant restaurant for 20 years, member of the Association des Sommeliers de Paris, Nicolas Loubère is a great oenologist. In his sober and elegant wine cellar - where a few autographed photos of his Parisian past are displayed - he advises with his great experience, while charging low prices. Nicolas favours independent winemakers. Great classics, great vintages, great finds, Drouant champagne (exclusive), spirits and tasting evenings!
