A series of miniature buildings covered with fragments of ceramic and recycled glass.

Near Port-Guillaume, the Maison Bleue is a unique example of art brut, comprising a living quarters and a garden, where a series of miniature buildings (chapels, mills, mausoleums), covered with fragments of recycled ceramics and glass, have been erected. This open-air mosaic, listed as a Monument Historique in 1991, is the work of Portuguese exile Euclides da Costa Ferreira (1902-1984). It is similar to the Palais idéal by Facteur Cheval, in the Drôme region, or the Maison Picassiette, in Chartres.

Endroit surprenant.
En visite libre compter 20 minutes.
Éviter quand grand soleil car il y a une sorte de serre afin de protéger les sculptures des intempéries.
