The Michelin-starred restaurant run by Frenchman Charles Thuillant and Korean Mi-ra offers surprising Franco-Asian cuisine.
Inspired by bistronomy, Mi-ra and Charles break the codes of the local culinary landscape with a table between Asia and the West, between Korea and Normandy. The naturalness and freshness of this Michelin-starred duo, lovers in life as well as in the kitchen, are expressed in lively, surprising dishes. It’s only natural that L’Essentiel should take on its full meaning here, an essential that nonetheless blurs the lines! A contemporary and refined address, with an international flavour. To prolong the voyage, next to the restaurant, a boutique combines delicatessen and tableware.

Nous avons commandé le tartare de bettraves et un velouté de saint jacques en entrée.
Le tartare était excellent, avec des textures différentes et surprenantes. Le velouté etait riche en bouche avec une texture crémeuse.
Pour les plats, nous avons pris le paleron confit. Un excellent choix, la viande était tendre et le jus exquis. Les quatre plats étaient très bons avec des ingrédients parfaits et des combinaisons recherchées.
Je recommande pour une experience differente et unique à la fois.
