Maybe it's time for a bite to eat? There, at the very end of Courseulles, between sea and oyster beds, Manon, a young blonde woman with blue eyes, awaits you, wearing her blue apron! Blue, like the furniture and crockery. Blue, like the boat lying at the foot of her blue-logoed farmhouse. Blue, like the Normandy sky and sea on sunny days. From one season to the next, the simple, family-style cuisine changes flavors and colors, depending on the market and the mood of chef Karim and his team. In summer, tables are set out for lunch on the banks of the Seulles, under a blue parasol. On greyer days, we head for the fireplace. The meal begins with the house cocktail, also blue in color, based on champagne, curaçao and peach liqueur, and continues with a seafood platter, for example, fish ("my father's half-cooked tuna", a delight), fish soup, oysters fresh from the waters of the neighbor's park, served warm or plain. A little extra: let yourself be tempted by grilled (blue) lobster. More reasonably, fish and chips, beef cheek confit or, quite simply, Caen-style tripe. The desserts are succulent: opt for the airy apple compote, Normandy shortbread and salted butter, made by Karim himself.

De plus on avait une Smartbox mais on a eu le droit de choisir nos menus et déduit de notre tarif donc top pas de menus imposés!!merci
Cadre très agréable et personnel vraiment sympathique.
Merci à la serveuse qui nous a proposé de tester la raclette Normande : Camembert fondu à point, andouille, saucisson à l'ail, jambon supérieur et j'en passe.
Accompagné d'une bière locale ❤️
