Things to see and do Santiago De Chile

The Paseo is located in the heart of the city centre. The street was transformed into a pedestrian walkway on the initiative of the former mayor of Santiago, Patricio Mekis. Today, the hotel is surrounded by numerous bars, shops and restaurants which make it a privileged meeting place in the centre of the capital, especially on Saturday afternoon.

The first stone of the church was laid in 1857 and was consecrated in 1888. Its facade features four terrazzo columns and two octagonal towers. Inside is a superb Walker organ installed in 1875.
