Carolina Baza, a Chilean chef trained in Paris, offers creative cuisine inspired by the concept of bistronomy. Prices are low for the quality offered, and the staff are very attentive. You'll eat great crab pasta, lamb stew, beef cheeks and the tiramisu is one of the best in town! If you're tempted by everything and don't know what to choose, the waiters offer excellent advice. The products are vegan and will satisfy everyone, even meat eaters will be surprised! The plates are beautiful and colorful, we enjoy ourselves without ruining ourselves. A nice discovery.

Gaëtan and his wife (French people who lived in Tahiti) offer in this small brewery what is today considered one of the best tables at decent prices in Santiago. Rabbit with mustard, duck breast with honey, trout meunière, shrimps flambéed in pastis, homemade foie gras terrine, beef bourguignon... the French terroir has made the trip to the Chilean captain and it's all good!
