In a modern and well-balanced atmosphere, the cuisine is top-notch: after a pisco sour or a Peruvian-style cocktail (obligatory!), try the anticuchos de pulpo a la parrilla as a starter (a delicacy), the ceviche then the tacu tacu creole (seafood on a kind of rice and bean omelette) or the giant crab.
