STERLING PARK KALIMPONG

Located only 1 kilometer from the center, on top of a hill, this superb building was the former residence of the maharajahs of Dinajpur until 1960, when it was bought by a local businessman. The 25 rooms, divided into two buildings, are cozy. They are bright and well equipped. If you can afford it, the rooms in the former residence of the maharaja (Heritage Rooms) have even more character. A very cozy lounge was built on the top floor in 2009. Good restaurant and small bar.
