This small museum located next to the Tourist Office will teach you more about the culture of Rajasthan and especially that of its semi-desert areas. It exhibits traditional musical instruments, textiles with typical embroidery of the region and paintings on scrolls called phad. The museum also traces the history of the princely states of Rajasthan through various exhibits. Every evening, a puppet show is performed here, a tradition that is part of the culture of Jaisalmer and the desert.

Prenez le temps de questionner son fils qui rend hommage à son papa en continuant à faire vivre ce superbe petit musée , en plus il parle Francais !
Au fond du magasin vous pourrez acheter plein de livres, de cartes postales, carte du pays et objets à des prix defiants toutes concurrences et pour la bonne cause : aider un peu le musée
