Fort converted into a hotel with interesting interior murals, a place to visit with the possibility of staying there
Erected in 1768 by takur Nahar Singh, it has been much modified and enlarged since that time. The interior murals are particularly interesting, especially those on the archway, depicting incarnations of Vishnu. The fort has been converted into a hotel, and the best way to visit it is to stay there. But you can also stop off for a meal or a drink, and enjoy the impressive lounges and courtyards, one after the other. However, the building is in need of extensive renovation.

Au sein du fort, se trouve une haveli héritage datant du XVIIIè siècle, transformée en hôtel. Il a beaucoup de charme mais une sérieuse restauration s'impose. Pas de lumière dans les escaliers sombres et étroits. Par contre deux belles chambres à l'étage bien aménagées et décorées avec goût.
