It is the last town before the arid plain, crossed by a good tarmac which will lead you to the foot of the dunes. A stopover to enjoy the little tourist villages. If you travel with your vehicle, one of the three stations on the outskirts of the town can help you out if you are counting on your lucky star. By bus to Erfoud, allow a good 20 minutes. There are shuttles every 2 hours or so. There are also connections to Tinghir. There is no bus to Merzouga, but the journey can be made by collective taxi. You can reach Rissani from Marrakech or Ouarzazate with the companies CTM and Supratours.
