Le Cœur de Tanger is located above the famous Café de Paris, opposite the Paresseux wall. It's aptly named, since it's right in the heart of the city, and there's a lot going on here. It's a great place to meet people and chat over a glass of tea or a beer, as the Coeur de Tanger is one of the only terraces where it's allowed to drink alcohol on the balcony: ideal in summer. It also serves tapas, which are offered every time you order a drink. A well-known address among locals. Very friendly staff.
