Je me suis rendu dans ce magasin pour faire mes courses comme tous les mois, j’ai voulu payer par chèque, comme tous les mois. Mais cette fois il a été refusé. L’hôtesse de caisse a évoqué un contrôle aléatoire. La responsable elle, évoque une provision insuffisante et pas de garantie tout en stipulant de contacter ma banque. J’ai donc réglée mes achats par CB, ce qui par ailleurs montre que je ne manque pas de provision. J’ai bien évidemment contacté ma banque avant de penser à un délit de faciès .. il s’avère qu’aucune raison ne poussait ce magasin à refuser mon moyen de paiement. Par ailleurs donner deux raisons différentes à un client mécontent montre indéniablement que la raison n’est pas valable.
Je n’y retournerai pas!
