This remarkable palace, a masterpiece of architecture, is home to Caen’s Artothèque.
Originally, the Palais Ducal was the venue for the prestigious guests of the Abbaye aux Hommes. Since 2013, it has been home to the Artothèque de Caen. Rediscovering this masterpiece of 14th-century architecture not only takes us back in time, but also allows us to discover multi-faceted works by contemporary artists from the 1960s to the present day. L'artothèque est dans le palais ducal, espace contemporain ou il est possible d'emprunter des œuvres. les tarifs d'abonnement pour prêts sont disponibles la bas. Très belle architecture de bâtiment.
