In a cosy and airy setting, come and enjoy a homemade, seasonal, and flavourful cuisine in downtown Caen.

What a treat, what more can I say? An enchantment for the taste buds, fresh, seasonal products, with a vegetarian (and even vegan) offer and a slate that changes every 6 weeks. In addition to this, there is a nice cosy decoration, with natural colours and noble materials, round, square and high tables, so that everyone can find their place. Une Cuillère Carrée is an elegant, fine, generous and tasty cuisine, yes, that’s a lot of superlatives! But it’s not for nothing that Roxane and Stefano have been awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur.

Tout était parfait, une cuisine de qualité, un service irréprochable, le limoncello de fin de repas très apprécié. Seul bémol, le cocktail Spritz insipide.... Verre inadapté, aucun goût noyé dans les glaçons.
Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment dans votre établissement.

Voilà 10 mois que j'ai dîné dans ce bel établissement... un oubli de ma part, qui n'aurait pas dû être...
En quelques mots, tout est présent pour passer un bon moment.
La cuisine est raffinée, le cadre est cosi, le personnel est bienveillant.
Une belle table à ne pas manquer !

Une cuisine soignée et de qualité. L’œuf poché est très bon, tout comme le saumon. Mais grosse déception avec le mille-feuilles qui ressemble à tout sauf à un mille-feuilles. Service attentionné… jusqu’au moment où l’on nous a demandé de quitter les lieux à 14 h 50.
