Cuisine based on seasonal produce and wines from producers in a bistronomic restaurant in Caen.
For years, no one has been mistaken: a little "bouchon" - better to reserve because the address is more than popular! - but a really good cuisine that gives all its meaning to the word bistronomy. The chef Emmanuel and his wife Corinne, who light up the place (and the service!) with their warm smile, keep the bar high in this small restaurant with a resolutely bistro spirit. To accompany everything, wines from producers are offered by the glass or more if affinities. In any case, it is certain that one will not reproach them for pushing the cork to these two!
