Restaurant avec un concept simple: des aliments servis "bruts", mais de toute première qualité. La promesse est tenue: c'est très bon. On n'y vient pas pour chercher de l'inventivité mais pour goûter de bons produits. Prix élevé mais assez justifié j'imagine. Je recommande pour l'expérience.

Dans l'ensemble l'expérience reste correcte, les escargots étaient bons. La viande était excellente. Je dit bien excellente !! Par contre quelques points négatifs comme le pain plutôt de basse qualité. Les frittes toutes fines , c'est sympathique et ça change. Malheureusement à peine servi c'est déjà à temperature ambiante. Pas très grave mais un peu dommage. Et ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus simple à manger avec une fourchette. dommage également de facturer la mayonnaise, maison mais quand même. Ambiance correct sans rien de spécial, pareil pour le service. Tout reste assez moyen en somme. Sauf la viande qui je le répète était au top. Un des meilleurs morceaux de veau que j'ai pu manger.
Dans l'ensemble, ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend dans cette zone de prix, voilà pourquoi je reste sur 3 étoiles.
