Roxane from Caen and Christophe from Montpellier are the new owners of the Bistrot Saint-Michel. In a relaxed atmosphere, one comes to flirt with the cuisine of the sun. This neighbourhood bistro, open for more than 20 years, now brings a Mediterranean touch to its traditional suggestions, such as the homemade pork terrine. Yes, we don’t have to say it every time, the cooking is fresh and homemade! Let yourself be tempted by the fish cassolette, followed by a homemade poached pear with cinnamon, you’ll tell us about it!
