The restaurant has stood the test of time with elegance and panache! Taken over by twins, the place has reinvented itself while preserving its soul. With new chef Éric Lesioux, but still with Marco, the emblematic figure of the establishment, the Carlotta has reinvented itself, from the plates to the decor, recalling French charm. The cuisine is gourmet and generous, and their homemade Tripes or their Persillé de boeuf au sautoir are true culinary journeys. A brasserie between tradition and modernity, where dishes are odes to good food and conviviality!
