No connection with Dave Brubeck and his cult piece of music, but everything to do with the famous 5 fruits and vegetables a day that we are kept harping on all the time. Take Five, or how to eat a balanced diet for the same price as a fast-food restaurant that is not very tasty, offers you fresh fruit juices on demand (a breathtaking display of fruit that is about to be squeezed, centrifuged, all before your eyes), soups, smoothies, salads, bagels, made on site with different recipes each day. A new brand created by a friendly Alsatian couple, Take Five is on the way to becoming the new way to eat. The place, with its colours as colourful as a Granny Smith, gives you pep just by looking at it, but beware, it is very small: at lunchtime, you might rush each other, especially in summer if you want to enjoy the terrace, it is better to plan a lunch to take away
