Restaurant offering organic burgers and ice cream in Caen.

Les Burgers de Papa, a young franchise from Lyon, offers us good little recipes with funny names (Tête de lard, Daron or Camenboules). The brand shakes up "le coco" and brings freshness to a very fashionable restaurant. Local bread (yes!), French minced meat on the spot (replaced by a vegetable cake for vegetarians), homemade fries, homemade drinks... All good stuff! And what about cookies, home-made mousses, organic ice creams and milkshakes (yes, we get a bit carried away but they are quite rare here!). All at Dad’s!
