Origin of our cuisine: 100% from Normandy! We work exclusively with local traditional farms. The beef comes from a short and traced circuit, our animals are raised and slaughtered in Normandy. Our breeders respect the natural and traditional cycle of cattle breeding. The preparation is artisanal and all our meats are matured.
They accommodated us without a reservation. Excellent meal - best steak ever! Great ambiance and friendly service. Highly recommended.
