Now known as Waikīkī (Hawaiian in verlan), this Poké bar is a real treat. Healthy by definition, the Poké Bowl recipe is simple: a marinated protein base (raw salmon or tuna, tofu, tataki - braised beef) accompanied by fruit and vegetables, on a bed of vinegared rice. The result is fresh, tasty, hearty and easy on the stomach. The taste buds travel with different recipes.
