After accompanying his father, a Lebanese caterer, on the markets for many years, Nicolas opened his restaurant in Caen. Everything is made on the spot from fresh products. The result is a healthy and colourful cuisine. Tabbouleh, falafel, labneh with zaatar, tangy lentil salad, moussaka, tender chicken brochettes to dip in homemade hummus... If it is difficult to choose, opt for the Mezzé, an assortment of starters, main courses and desserts that gives a nice overview of Lebanese cuisine!
