You certainly know the bar-brewery of the Tour Solidor - Tour So’ for regular customers - discover just next door its creperie! At the corner of rue Ecuyère and rue aux Fromages, you can now enjoy buckwheat pancakes and wheat crêpes on the spot or to take away. On the menu on the salty side is the classic "Complete" but also more original creations such as "Tche nous" (andouillette, camembert and potatoes), or "Robiquette" (sausage, emmental, honey, mustard). Try their speciality of rolled cakes, easier to enjoy for a quick lunch on the go, they can be eaten like a sandwich: on the same base tomatoes, onions, emmental cheese, sauce of your choice, they are available in four recipes including "La P’tite Tour" (local ham, reblochon, herbes de Provence) or "La Découverte" to make the cake that makes you feel most appetising. On the sweet side, nothing very original (sugar, homemade chocolate, salted butter caramel...) but ideal sure values in case of a snack. Anyway, a good idea to have a quick lunch!
