Francoise joined Vaugueux to invest this restaurant all in height. No less than three levels (hence the name) where it combines two of its favourite themes: pancakes (the brand also makes grill and salad bar) and the decoration (here, the gray flirts with plum tones). The menu takes you from the Caen streets to more remote regions such Connemara via stamped pancakes Alpine, Charentaise, de la Mer or Brissoise. On the pancakes side, you can choose the version "Simple comme Bonjour", "les Flamboyantes" or "Soyons gourmands". In addition ice creams lovers are spoiled for choice. The establishment, in the heart of Vaugueux, a preserved area all in paving stones and old residences within walking distance from the castle, there is also a perfectly oriented terrace, sunny when the sky allows it, prepare to have difficulty to leave work if you come to the lunch break. Small originality the lounge-cocooning on the 2nd floor. Coffee tables and poufs, ideal for eating, relax or take the aperitif.
