At the foot of the university, there was a desperate need for a good place to dine, and Et Si & Cie has done just that! Antoine, who studied at the Institut Bocuse (no kidding!), and Florian concoct dishes you'll be telling us about! Three starters, three main courses, three desserts, all prepared each week with market produce. Today, the crispy fillet of poultry with smoked quinoa has won us over! We finish with a light citrus or melon dessert. Add to that Juliette's smile in the dining room: perfect!
